This was a really good post. I stumbled across it on Ask Gramps and found it well worth my time to read. You have good insight into both the spiritual and human nature that makes us who we are, and you have simply and persuasively shown that we have the ability to create ourselves and our eventual destinies by how we handle the seemingly insignifigant choices that we are faced with in our daily routine. The overall message is one of empowerment through the wise use of agency. Well put!

Dear Bro. Barkdull,

I really enjoyed the article on Testimonies, and I have a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the Divine way that the Church was restored to the Earth through Joseph Smith. I know this the Lord’s Church beyound a shadow of doubt. I have had many experiences that caused me to believe this, and I will not ever deny the Church to anyone.May God bless you in all that you do.

Thank you for your provocative thoughts, Brother Barkdull. I really appreciate your point of view and what you have written. Keep up your work to call the saints to Zion!!! We need it so badly, myself included. It is far too easy to be seduced by the buffetings of Satan and become unable to sense how they sap our spiritual strength from us little by little. Please keep writing and posting on Meridian.
